Kaithi is missing a handful of marks Devanagari has — like ॉ (candra O). Each rule below rewrites one of those marks to its nearest Kaithi-compatible equivalent (e.g. ॉ → ौ) before conversion runs. Toggle a rule off, or edit its replacement, using the fields below.

About this script. Kaithi was the everyday hand of Bihar's kayastha scribes for roughly five centuries, used for revenue records, court documents and personal letters in Bhojpuri, Magahi, Maithili and Awadhi. It fell out of use in the early 20th century as Devanagari became standard in schools and print. Kaithi has no headline (shirorekha) joining letters, so its rendering here will look sparser than the connected Devanagari input — that's faithful to the original hand, not a rendering gap.
